General Norms

A contestant can participate in maximum of 02 activities out of Stage Skills, Artistic Skills & Public Speaking
There will be separate Registration Fee (Rs 100) for different activities
The contestant shall bring his own musical instrument/ rhythmist/props/songs/pen drive/ colours etc
The decision of the judges shall be final and irrevocable
Paper reading, prompts, etc not allowed
Final round shall be held as per convenience and participation of both Schools (RWA+RVGR). First Round will be held & prizes will be given as per scheme.
All conditions of the competition & Prizes are laid down by the Management only.
Participant should notify Name, Item Details, etc to concern at performance venue before time. Delay may result in cancelation entry/presentation
Discipline & Decorum must be duly maintained
All the activities/performances shall be solo only
First 05 positions holders of one school can’t participate in same event at another school of the same management
A Position Holder of the First Round can drop from the Second Round and collect Cash Prizes as per the norms or He/she can appear in the Final Round and win Final Round prizes (Gold/ Silver Coin).
He/ She can claim prizes for either the First or the Second Round only
